The Central Epidemic Command Center ( CECC ) are lifting quarantine mandate for all arrivals to gradual easing of border restrictions . Border controls will be relaxed by lifting the quarantine mandate and enforcing a seven-day self-initiated epidemic prevention , which are scheduled to take effect on October 13 .
