A real asset of Aichi Sky Expo is that it is a bonded exhibition centre , which allows you to import exhibition items without payment of import / export taxes and duties ( for the purpose of re-exportation after the event ). Since its opening in 2019 , and despite the Covid-19 pandemic , Aichi Sky Expo hosted 220 events , and welcomed 1,100,000 visitors . ZEB ready status is given to a building which consumes 50 % less energy , compared to the average consumption of buildings of the same size . Aichi Sky Expo has also achieved 100 % clean energy by prioritising solar energy self-consumption , and with clean energy supply services provided by Chubu Electric Power Miraiz .
Japan welcomes you to its reopening and is ready to reactivate its MICE industry . Since 11 October , Japan has lifted its travel restrictions and has welcomed as before tourists and business travellers who can show either a valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate of three doses or a pre-departure Covid-19 negative test result conducted within 72 hours prior to departure .
