Americas – Blue Ant Media has announced , 3 March , its acquisition of the Vancouver Baby and Family Fair . This included the expansion of the company ’ s Canadian consumer show business on the West Coast .
The exhibition will launch in autumn 2022 at the Vancouver Convention Centre , renamed to ‘ The Baby Show Vancouver .’
The event is a pregnancy and early parenting show , offering goods and services to guiding parents through pregnancy and the first years of childcare .
Europe – The international trade show for hunting , shooting sports , outdoor activities and security , IWA OutdoorClassics 2022 drew 19,500 trade visitors . The show attracted 856 exhibitors from 53 countries to Exhibition Centre Nuremberg , 3-6 March .
Eighty-six percent of the trade visitors reported being involved in the procurement process in their business .
Petra Wolf , member of the organiser ’ s management board , commented the show , “ succeeded in sending an important signal to the industry .”
World – Informa has published its 2021 results that show growth in revenues and profits and progress on the 2021-2024 Growth Acceleration Plan II ( GAP II ).
Stephen Carter , group chief executive for the international organiser , said : “ The robust return of live and on-demand Events , combined with consistent and improving growth at Taylor & Francis , and continued expansion in B2B digital services , gives us confidence of further growth .”
GAP II aims for a higher growth business built around specialist brands .
