Allseated rebrand kicks off a new era

Allseated , a SaaS spatial design technology , has announced its new company identity , Prismm , and its newly unified Prismm Platform

F or Allseated , its rebranding and updated product category represents a significant milestone in its development . Allseated was launched in 2014 , focusing on collaborative event management through planning and seating charts before expanding its services to building dynamic 3D layouts of real-world spaces . The Prismm platform will enhance this further through 3D spatial design and management .

Allseated users can currently execute tasks such as showcasing , selling , planning , and designing spaces and events through the platform , with the Prismm Platform combining virtual touring and selling with event designing and management . Prismm will enable users to create customised virtual walkthroughs of physical space , brought to life quickly by 3D layouts and experiences . It allows venues and Said event professionals across various Al Shanfari departments and disciplines to work collaboratively in realtime and provide customers with a holistic view of their projects in one destination .
Key features of the Prismm
Platform will include :
• Virtualisation : Dynamic digital twins can be configured to showcase multiple layouts for experiences within various spaces at any venue on-site or remotely . Revenue teams can upload photos of designed spaces , 2D-floor plans , and other documentation to a virtual catalogue . Branding elements like a logo or promotional video can also be added .
• Collaboration : Personalised links allow multiple collaborators to contribute

their ideas and share with the team through in-tour video conferencing or asynchronous .
• Analytics and Measurement : Venues or vendors can gain insights from the virtual catalogue including engagement data such as the number of views and clicks . Sales teams can use this data to optimise key points of their guided tours , and marketing can measure their campaigns ’ effectiveness in driving and converting traffic .
