India - 41 Messe Frankfurt India
employees took part in the TATA
Mumbai Marathon on 19 January.

Habitat for Humanity India, a charity which
supports construction and rehabilitation
of new homes to low income, marginalised
families across India.
The beneficiary of the run will be
families in the Karjat, Raigad District of
Maharashtra. Employees will also take
part in a one-day build at Karjat where
volunteers will build alongside families.
Hong Kong - The Hong Kong Art Book
Fair took place from 11-13 January,
and saw a 30% increase in exhibitors.
The event saw a weekend of exhibits,
performances and talks in the alternative
publishing sector.
Tobias Berger, Tai Kwun cultural centre’s
Head of Art, said the rise in popularity could
be partly attributed to the protests in the city:
“The younger generation of Hong Kongers
are especially curious about alternative ways
of publishing. The protests have sparked a
greater demand for creative expression.”
