Three Decades of Pioneering Excellence This year , JET celebrated 30 years in business , throughout which it has welcomed millions of attendees at thousands of events . JET ’ s journey began in 1993 as Show Data Systems before evolving into the company we know today , rebranding as Jonas Event Technology in 2015 .
Since then , JET has achieved several milestones , from supporting a record 250 events in 2019 and bouncing back after the pandemic to achieving its highest-ever revenues last year .

The expansion has brought several advantages to organisers , including cost savings , better time zone coordination , and a reduced carbon footprint .
Excellent NPS Rating and Customer Service
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of JET ' s operations and is highlighted by its impressive Net Promoter Score ( NPS ) of 64 . This score is very difficult to achieve , making it a clear testament to their dedication .

This is why JET became the first UK registration provider for trade shows and exhibitions to partner with LinkedIn . This partnership adds LinkedIn ' s Community Builder to JET ’ s registration forms , making it easier for event organisers to effectively build and foster a community surrounding their events .
