Event director , Quartz Sequoia Events Nomination : “ Max had a thought leadership event idea for the physical activity industry while working as a sales manager for an exhibition company . At the age of 24 he took a leap of faith to follow this idea through to completion . Using the deposit he had saved to buy a flat , he launched Elevate in 2016 . The 2017 show doubled in size , had over 4,000 attendees and was awarded the best trade show under 2000sqm at this year ’ s AEO awards .”
In five years ’ time : I will be 32 or dead . If I am not dead then I ’ d like to be working with talented people creating interesting events that matter .

Nomination : “ Chloe has been a driving force at Aztec from the very start . Her caring nature and compassionate approach sees Chloe often going the extra mile in looking after and nurturing her accounts and taking the time to really understand the client ’ s brand and what they want to achieve .”
In five years ’ time : I will use my technical knowledge to keep moving forward and foresee gaps in the market , taking on their challenges and creating business growth for my clients , opening the gap between them and their competitors .

In five years ’ time : I hope to be still enjoying the fast-paced , diverse nature of the industry and hope to continue working with GES , a company that shares my passion and drive for sustainability and innovation .
