Being part of this exclusive group is a seal of approval from the exhibition industry, showing that someone has what it takes to be one of the industry leaders of tomorrow. You can enter yourself or a colleague at en30under30. co.uk. The entry deadline is 23rd September 2020. Duncan Siegle, portfolio director, said: “We run several awards programmes that allow individuals and companies to compete with each other as we feel this level of competition makes us and the industry better. The 30Under30 is a little different as those taking part often don’t get the recognition their hard work and ability deserves. This is a chance for them to demonstrate their prowess and being a winner can really step up their careers. “Last year in particular, we could see just what being part of the 30 meant to the winners not just by their behaviour at the event but also by the amount of social media support and celebration the event received. As always, we couldn’t run this event without the support of our sponsors Visit by GES, Live Buzz and Olympia”. Commenting on the partnership, Nigel Nathan, Olympia London managing director said: “Olympia London is proud to be supporting the future of the events industry by sponsoring the EN 30 Under 30. It’s so important to celebrate the talents of young rising stars and help nurture the future leaders of our industry.” Jason Stead, managing director, GES EMEA, commented: “This accolade really shines a light on the depth and breadth of young talent attracted to and engaged in our industry. We have a dynamic and ever-growing community of talented eventprofs – aged under 30 – who will no doubt be the trailblazers of the future. “GES is proud to support EN’s 30 Under 30 as it is so much more than just an award, it’s an initiative that brings us together, stimulates thought, encourages the sharing of ideas and promotes collaboration. Our industry is all the richer for its young thought leaders who have never been more important. Together, we navigate through these challenging times.” Justin Craig, Joint MD at LiveBuzz, added: “The challenges created by the Covid pandemic call on a new generation of leaders who are adaptable and resilient, who find solutions when there seems to be no answers. Leaders who are passionate and positive during the worst of times. We celebrate the brightest and the best of our industry - it is their energy, courage and vision that will help our incredible sector bounce back and thrive in the ‘new normal’.” EN 32 — September
