However, we are a private equity owned business and 2020/2021 will be about the right time in the investment cycle to look for an exit for Lonsdale partners (our current Investors). But they and we will only explore a change in ownership if market conditions are good (currently the climate of uncertainty is making UK Banks in particular very cautious). Ocean maintains its current growth curve, we have launched a new Venues and Events show in Manchester this year and four new housing conferences.” Moran said. “These are Ageing in Place, Assisted Living and Future of Work, and we are managing to produce growth in all of our business areas which sustainable.
