“ Then you can work to have compostable serviceware . If you take
one step then the next becomes clear . Swapping plastic water bottles for cans at IMEX America diverted 14,000 from going to landfill .
“ It ’ s not that there ’ s no work involved , but they ’ re not impossible . Looking at the menu choices to reduce water consumption . If you make a burger half turkey half beef it halves the water consumption . It ’ s about asking the right questions and that ’ s where some professionals can give the right help .

Consultants In Germany sending waste to landfill is illegal and Bauer accepts that the restrictions at Messe Frankfurt forced them to think more closely about sustainability from the start .
