National Running Show announces new July date
Raccoon events , organisers of the annual National Running Show , has announced a new date for 2021 following the prime minister ’ s roadmap unveiling .
The Inaugural Running Show South event , held at Farnborough International , will now take place from 17-18 July , having originally been scheduled for six weeks before .
The event is targeted at runners of all abilities and will feature speakers from the running community , including Dame Kelly Holmes , Roger Black and Nell McAndrew .
Raccoon Events , which last year announced a US expansion , will also host its rescheduled Birmingham event at the NEC in January 2022 .
Mike Seaman , CEO at Raccoon Events , said the new dates for the South show allows for a four week “ cushion ”.
He added : “ We have continuously said that we will only run shows when it is safe to do so , and with hugs and hi-5s all round . That still holds true .”

The London Classic Car Show 2021 to take place in June
Brand Events , the organiser of The London Classic Car Show , has announced that the event will be taking place from 25- 27 June in Syon Park , London .
A spokesperson for the event said : “ These have been incredibly tough times for everybody , so the very real possibility of a return to normality is a massive psychological boost for classic car enthusiasts as well as a much-needed commercial boost for all those whose livelihoods depend on a thriving classic car sector .”
Brand Events recently secured a ‘ We ’ re Good To Go ’ accreditation from VisitBritain , which is awarded to companies that have demonstrated their ability to follow Government and industry guidelines .
Full refunds ( excluding booking and transaction fees ) will still be offered should the show be cancelled as a result of Covid-19 .

The PA Show confirms new June dates as registration gathers pace

The PA Show has been rescheduled to run from 22-23 June 2021 , organiser Mash Media has confirmed . The show will remain at its new home , ExCeL London . Registration remains open for personal assistants , executive assistants and office managers . The event ’ s director , Sam Cande , said that the Covid-19 pandemic had not deterred the show ’ s target audience from signing up : “ The number of visitor and delegate registrations are up by 65 % year-on-year , showing us that the community is looking forward to meeting in person , and we at the PA Show are excited to continue support of their learning and career development .” Cande added that she and her team had been working to develop suitable means of digital communication to keep the show ’ s audience engaged more consistently . While the Government only unveiled a roadmap towards the reopening of the economy on 22 February , it had already signed off the All-Secure Standard , a set of Covid-secure event guidelines of which organisers and venues are mandated to follow . Futher pilot events are expected to run from 12 April .
