How many of your salespeople will hit their target this month/quarter? If your answer is ‘all of them’, then please call me immediately, as I will pay you handsomely to come and teach the industry. If like the rest of us, there will be a number below target, then I have another question for you: What’s your plan to help them hit targets, going forward?
