DEI DISSATISFACTION
There is still a long way to go in eradicating systemic racism from the events industry . The Events Industry Council highlights high levels of dissatisfaction over diversity and says that in order to effect change we need to dismantle systems and processes that maintain the status quo . Meanwhile , there is a rich variety of events profs who are kicking down doors and smashing through glass ceilings .
