WRG will be designing and building Ricoh’s physical presence at the event in addition to creating and designing a multi-channel campaign to promote the stand. WRG will also be designing a campaign that will be used for Ricoh’s global production print communications for the next four years. Ricoh first worked with WRG for IPEX in 2010, then employed the agency for its presence at drupa in both 2012 and 2016. WRG’s work for Ricoh’s presence at drupa 2020 will expand on the ‘Open New Worlds’ messaging, framing and communications platform first revealed at drupa 2016. Manchester Central introduces table service Manchester Central has teamed up with Preoday to launch a brand-new digital ordering service. The venue’s new hospitality ordering app makes requesting table drinks and refreshments convenient and accessible. The app allows visitors to place their order and arrange for it to be delivered to their table at a time that suits them. The app also allows them to pay for their refreshments in advance. Manchester Central is working with Preoday’s technology partners, Cunninghams and Optomany, which respectively provide its EPOS and payment processing solutions. Crystal Interactive announces expansion Crystal Interactive, a full-service event technology company, has announced its collaboration with Cvent, a meetings, events and hospitality technology provider. The agreement will see Crystal Interactive develop its portfolio of event technology, with the introduction of Cvent’s online event registration, mobile event app and on-site badging solutions. Crystal Interactive can now provide a full suite of audience engagement technology solutions to its clients, from online event registration, mobile event apps, audience response app, voting keypads, collaborative software and smart wearable technology.
