Advertisment Feature Structured approach The ‘evolution’ of the temporary structure over the last 10 years T his year, Evolution Dome is celebrating its 10th anniversary. From the company’s humble beginnings as a promotional outdoor option, through to supplying some of the major events around the world, Evolution Dome still remains one of the most sustainable, reliable and cost-efficient temporary structure solutions on the market. Whether it’s working on brand activations for the some of the largest names in the world including Nissan, Chelsea Football Club, Silverstone and Microsoft to name just a few, to working with the best in our own industry for B2B exhibitions and conferences, such as Event Tech Live and International Confex, here at Evolution Dome we are extremely proud of the reputation and business we have created as a leading supplier of temporary structures. To commemorate a decade in the industry, Evolution Dome has also launched two brand-new structures, the clear Vue Dome and the Supercube structure. The Vue Dome is something completely different to the usual offering – it’s not inflatable 60 — April and it’s 100 per cent transparent – but its eye- catching design and swift assembly (less than one hour) makes it perfectly aligned with the other products in our offering. The Vue Dome can be branded and used for anything from experiential activations and festivals through to exhibitions and trade fairs, and even a Santa’s grotto! The Supercube is the first cube structure in the range to be modular in length – making it the most flexible product when it comes to use - with lengths of either 10 or 20m sections, it can adapt to give the client maximum coverage in the space they have available. Taking a step back in time to 2010 when Evolution Dome launched, the temporary structure, was thought of more of a necessary ‘extra’ when clients needed additional or covered space, largely for the outdoor events world. Today our popularity has meant we’ve delivered on both indoor and outdoor events worldwide. Evolution Dome was of course more than happy to be on hand to work with clients to ensure they had the right structure for their demand, and it’s something the company has continued to do, alongside growing to become more of a dynamic business. Event and exhibition organisers know that when working with Evolution Dome they are choosing a trusted brand; the structures are not only extremely versatile, but have gone through rigorous safety testing and the air- beam systems have been designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 55 mph. Fast forward to 2020, and the landscape surrounding temporary event structures looks wildly different – Evolution Dome structures are often front and centre when it comes to the event planners’ vision. The event and exhibition world is always innovating and creating exciting spaces for clients, and at Evolution Dome, it’s something we love to be on hand to help with. For example, the team was recently commissioned to work with the MDL Festival organisers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as they were looking for a cube with a more futuristic and interesting feel – thanks to internal lighting technology to make sure the cube glowed in low light and at night, it proved to be an eye-catching addition to the show. In 2019, Bristol Fashion Week Festival’s event organiser enlisted the
