Sector Focus With the rise in at-home DNA testing kits, the fitness industry have corned tis trend by introducing fitness plans that match and individual’s genetic makeup, and their natural proficiencies. DNA testing allows for people to discover what may be holding them back biologically, and learn how to tackle this.
