An elegant evening at the prestigious Crown Sydney
Since its 2020 opening , Crown Sydney has hosted the city ’ s most exclusive and elegant affairs . In July , EAs were invited to experience events at new heights as they headed to the venue ’ s prestigious
home of classic Italian fine dining , a ’ Mare . The event began with drinks and canapes before a brief welcome from the acclaimed , award-winning head chef , restaurateur and owner , Alessandro Pavoni . The expert team then led a tour of the precinct ’ s venues , hotel and facilities , before guests returned to their refreshments and nibbles .
