provides an opportunity to connect, learn, lead and excel. It is a
non-commercial Executive Assistant Group, built on a framework
of professional development and mentoring, facilitated and led by
one of the group.
Each group and its facilitator additionally acts in an advisory
capacity to Executive PA Magazine, and members’ recommendations
are passed on to the publishers to act as feedback for editorial

Executive Assistant to Vivek Bhatia Office of the
Chief Executive, icare. Larissa is the leader and
facilitator of the Sydney Xchange is the winner of the
2014 Executive PA Magazine ‘PA of the Year’ Award.
Larissa is a strong advocate for Executive Assistants
to see their role as a partnership, in order to be best
placed to broaden their skills and grow their career

Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Halikos
Group and leader of the Darwin Executive PA Magazine
Xchange. Growing up on the Gold Coast, Lily moved
to the Territory in 2012 to work with the Law Society
Northern Territory. In 2015, she commenced a Bachelor
of Commerce degree. Lily was elected Secretary of the
CDU Student Council in 2015 and became a member of
the Darwin City Council Youth Advisory Group
Barbara appeared in the first issue of Executive PA
Magazine in 1991 and was EA to the Chief Executive
of the Thomas Cook Group. With roles as EA to the
Chief Executive of Bradford & Bingley and Assistant to
the Executive Chairman of Vickers, she has extensive
experience of working with the highest level of executive
