Since the inaugural New Zealand Summit in 2018, interest has spiked in the event with EAs from around the country attending the one-day event. The doors opened at the Pullman Auckland early in the morning, with delegates enjoying complimentary breakfast nibbles and hot coffee. After charging up for the day, the EAs met with international and New Zealand based suppliers to create genuine connections and expand their network of services to call on. 16 Chief of Staff | Issue 3 2019 The day also included two keynote speeches to bolster the attending EAs’ professional tool-kits. Email productivity expert Steuart Snooks explained and demonstrated how the audience could eliminate time wasted in their inbox. Nigel Collin entertained and informed with his unique approach to change, and how to create a positive change mindset.
