Way back in February — before 2020 nosedived into the unknown — a group of EAs arrived at Hilton Sydney after work to enjoy a tour of the iconic hotel ’ s event spaces , bars , restaurants , and accommodation rooms .
The event began at chef Luke Mangan ’ s glass brasserie , where EAs broke the ice over cocktails and gourmet canapes . When the sun began to set through the bar ’ s full-length windows , the team at Hilton Sydney welcomed our readers with a few short speeches and a business card draw — where one lucky EA took home a complimentary breakfast for two .
As the welcome addresses finished , the crowd split into smaller groups and were whisked off on a tour where they visited exclusive suites , gym facilities and the hotel ’ s huge variety of event and function spaces .
The tour then descended underground to its final destination : the historic Marble Bar . Here the groups reconvened for one final drink to close off a magnificent evening at one of Sydney ’ s top locations .
