Over the last 5 years, most companies from multi-nationals to starts ups have embraced the use of software as a service
(SaaS). The barriers and concerns, initially held by IT Functions, have gradually eroded as SaaS offerings matured and as
successes were notched up on business projects.
During this period, IT Functions have moved from being in “Denial” to “Net promoters” of the SaaS model.
