 Festivals in Basauri, known as “San Fausto”, began
on october 13, having the “Escarabillera” as
amulet and the “zurrakapote” as typical drink. This
drink is prepared by the 15 groups which belong to
“Herriko taldeak” and is served in a “porron” to
everyone who go to their “lonjas”.
