PRESIDENT’S REPORT

Hi again to all members and associates who receive this.
The year is disappearing fast and it will be Christmas before we know it. Speaking of Christmas, if you haven’t
booked in for the family Christmas party, it is time to get onto it. Everyone is welcome. If you are on your
own, then come along and be part of the Pajero Club family. This year it is on 2nd December at the Healesville
Hedgend Maze where there is lots to do for all ages. Look out for the advertisement later in this magazine.
The guest speaker at the October meeting, James Nuccio, spoke about a tracks database and GPS program. If
you want to participate refer to https://www.newtracs.com.au/
Refer to the Person Of The Year incentive program late r in this magazine and see if you can earn enough
points to get into the draw for a prize. It is for the benefit of the club and the members.
Thanks to some volunteers of assistance for the Venue Officer tasks but the role is still vacant. We need
someone to take on this role as some of the duties may fall through the cracks if there is no dedicated person
assigned to this.
We had a representative team entered the TLCCV Cruiserkhana in October. Our results will be shown at the
general meeting. This was also a good chance to promote our Pajero Challenge for 2018.

We have had several long trips that were run over winter. Look out for the trip reports in the magazine or
to be presented at a future meeting. Now that the tracks are all open, it is time to get back to those day trips.
Club clothing will soon be available for order online. Paul Harris is finalising the process.
Discounted vehicle registration for eligible vehicles via club plates will also be available soon. Pickles and
Damian are working on getting it finalised.
The November general meeting is to be held on Wednesday 15th.
