Wednesday 31-10-2018:
From here there are beach walks to Fly Beach around the Inlet and swimming, kayaking, fishing, bird
watching etc.. A great spot for families and a good base for 4X4 activities with day trips to Boundary
Track and Rapids walk. Elusive Lake and Gale Hill Track are there to explore. After watching a
magnificent sunrise over the Inlet we did the Fly Beach walk and the Rapids walk (which was a bit of
a work out but well worth it). Another BBQ and camp fire to finish of the day.
We enjoyed good weather and Graham and I complimented each other on a short but excellent trip.
This is definitely a place to come back to in the future.
Thursday 1-11-2018:
We finished off the trip here as I had to return to prepare for another adventure to Wyperfeld NP
and Lake Albacutya over the “Cup weekend”. Graham was tracking over the mountains to Canberra.
