TRIP REPORT
EPILOGUE
We enjoyed some great and pleasant weather over Easter up in Murray-Sunset with shorts the order of the day. Some
great fires of an evening, and thanks to everyone for bringing along some wood. We had plenty but still managed to
find a couple of mallee roots which gave off great heat throughout the evening.
There has been no mention of the alleged attempted kidnapping and ransom of Dr. Smurf throughout this report.
Pretty serious stuff, but as you all know, the cone of silence applies and what happens at camp stays at camp …….
The silo trail is still work in progress with 2 towns, Lascalles and Rosebery, to be commenced but expecting completion
this year. As it was, the Rupanyup silos were only finished the week before we visited them, so quite lucky to see 4 and
not just 3. Makes for a great trip. Go and have a look at them yourselves.
Thanks to all who participated in this trip. Some great assistance & teaming all round. Some great tracks experienced
in Murray-Sunset and Big Desert. Some geocaches found. A drone lost. A drone found. Some great fivesees and great
company. Thank you one and all.
