Day 2 Market day and the men weren’t too happy So a visit there had to be snappy There was plenty to buy, - plants, jewellery and even dogs britches But we sure couldn’t find any witches. Then onto our walk that wasn’t so short We finished it all puffing badly So off back to our vans, to dress up for the rubbety and fill up all out tummetys Day 3 If it wasn’t for egg and bacon Our early morning would have been forsaken To the Tarongo Falls and Amphitheatre we had to travel The day started clear but as we drew near the smoke for the fires would unravel The climb to the top was gentle enough as the one yesterday was much harder Member No. Vehicle Details 475 182 267 329 570 676 829 1006 There was water a plenty, amphitheatre and waterfall a wonder We were glad we left camp rather early. Then back down the mountain to a fountain of knowledge – The Noojee Heritage Railway Quite some time there was spent with such good intent to learn the history of the area. Our host Andy was great. The camp kitchen our great hope for happy hour, cook tea and relaxation The fire was amazing, - You could just about use it for glazing I think we have found ourselves a place to come back to. Day 4 The Ada tree was our mission But we first gave permission to 2 of our members to go home Their weekend was over but the rest of us were to discover the beautiful walk to the Ada tree It was then off to Powelltown, to have lunch and a shakedown.
