Virginia delivered her first membership report. 110 members, 7 visitors present. New member packs presented to those present. 10 year badge presented to Peter & Hilda Deleu. 20 year grade presented to Tom & Regina Hona. First truck is 5 trips or 3 if done the trip planning course. First trip badges presented to Paul Harris, Brian Hay, Trevor Smith. Thanked Trudi for her help in the changeover. Most likely her last meeting as getting more involved in her horse activities.
DTU Certificates:
Proficiency course on March long weekend. Proficiency Plus course at Tallarook. Advanced course being run by FWDV on 4 & 5 May. Winch course upcoming as well. Refer magazine for full details.

Brian Hay gave a presentation on his upcoming caravan capers no. 6 trip being run in March for 5 days. Tracks are easy to medium.

Agreement with EmbroiderMe for clothing. Quite a simple process. Either order online or go to their shop in Kilsyth. Hopefully will attend March meeting. Left over still for sale. Models suited for detailed. Portable ovens are great. Normally $50+ but can be sourced from Frankston for $45.
