TRIP REPORT Pajero Club Bowling Night 20th May 2017

7:00pm ...... Anticipation - Tension .. 7:15pm ...... Numbers finalised - 17 Pajero Bowlers . 7:20pm ...... Bowling shoes passed out to the novice bowlers .
7:25pm ...... 2 professionals amongst us - put on their bowling shoes and from their professional bowling bag , select their professional bowling ball !
7:30pm ...... Let the competition begin .
4 Teams will battle each other for the supreme accolade of being ‘ The Top Team ’ Lets look at the individual teams and bowlers .
Gordon Ainslie and his A Team . Professional ‘ No Hold Back - Peter Godkin with his lovely wife Trudi . 4th member of the A team - Peter kiss your ball prior to delivery - van Riel .
Paul & Sue Harris front the Twinkle Toe delivery team . Making up the numbers and having a lot of fun - Helmet and Elke .
Team 3 - ‘ Team Family ’ Consisting of - Lyndon , Sandra , Lani and Soren Bell with the most professional left handed Uncle Colin bringing up the rear .
Last but not least - ( Well , could be ) - Salvo team . In battle order - Ralph needing knee pads . Gordon W ... & Robyn C ( back bone of the team ) with Wally who encouraged all us to - - Come and join him !
You now have an insight of the start and the teams . The rest is history !
Game 1 - ultra competitive with much sledging from certain nameless individuals .
There was even some tactical movement from lane to lane to try and off put the professional rhythm of competitive bowlers . ( Naughty - but effective !)
To maintain bowling momentum - finger food was served at a cracking pace . Can I just say , that greasy fingers may have worked as a disadvantage for some teams - and a big plus for others !

It ’ s all very , very close . More finger food , more greasy fingers - onto game 2 .
