Cooking it up in the Bush
Optional - Sweet Beer Damper - Apple & Cinnamon as an example.
Ingredients
BEER ! - 2 bottles recommended.
Self Raising Flour - however I recommend trying ‘Wholemeal Flour’.
Olive Oil
2 Eggs
1 large apple. Green or red - (your not going to see the colour when it’s cooked!)
Cinnamon sugar.
Round or square deep aluminium cooking tray.
Preparation -
Open beer and check that the beer is palatable. (Same - as Savoury)
Core apple and cut into thin slices.
open cinnamon sugar ready!
Re-check beer is still suitable for cooking purposes. (Same - as Savoury)
Mixing and Cooking and Serving - just the same as Savoury.
