The process for membership renewal for 2018-2019 is nearly completed. The following table outlines
the status of membership renewals as at 31 July 2018:

As at 1 August 2018, all non-financial members have been set to “Archived” within the club’s
database. They will no longer receive the club’s magazines and will not appear in the Membership
Directory due for publication in August/September.
A $30 reinstatement fee now applies to past members seeking to re-join.
In closing, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to John Lay who stepped in and covered the
Membership Secretary role for me while I was away during May, June and July. This was a very busy
time for the role and John did an amazing job. A huge thank you to John (and Tracey)!!!
I would also like to recognize the work of Trudi Godkin who undertook the Membership Secretary role
for the first half of the year. Thank you to Trudi!
It has been a pleasure participating in Club activities, working with new and existing members and
the committee over the past year. Thank you all.
