Notice is hereby given that the 2018 annual general meeting of the Pajero 4WD Club of Victoria Inc. will be held at the Glen Waverley Bowls Club, 690 Waverley Rd, Glen Waverley, on 15th August 2018 at 8:00 pm for the following purposes:
1. To confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
2. To receive and consider the annual reports of the Committee on the activities of the Club during the preceding financial year
3. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Club for the preceding financial year submitted by the Committee in accordance with Part 7 of the Act
4. To elect Committee members
