Well we were finally allowed to travel around
the state and use the State and National parks
after the Covid-19 lock down. Some of the
parks had facilities that were open and some
were not open yet. Checked the website and
found that the Wyperfeld National Park
camping areas were open but restricted to
small group camping, max 20 people per
group. We can do that I thought.

So, I decided that I might run a trip up to the
park as it may be warmer up there than in
Melbourne. So for the first time I had a go at
posting a trip on Wild Apricot. As the first time
it turned out to be not too hard. So if you are
thinking of running a trip, give it a go. If you run
into trouble, give Ed a call and he will help you
out. The trip was posted and filled in about 3
hours. So looks like there are plenty of club
members ready to get out there and go camping
and have fun. It looked like I was running the
trip. No turning back now. Thinking it may be a
busy weekend, I decided that I would go up to
Wyperfeld on the Friday. So sent an email to the

surprise I did not seem to have a map of the
Wyperfeld National Park area, so off to Aussie
Disposals to get a map. After moving through
the crowds, I found the map, got the club
discount and went home to plan the trip. As it
