NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 2020 annual general
meeting of the Pajero 4WD Club of Victoria Inc will be held
as a virtual meeting, on Wednesday 19 August at
7:30pm for the following purposes.
1. To confirm the minutes of the previous annual general
meeting.
2. To receive and consider the annual report of the
Committee on the activities of the Club during the
preceding financial year.
3. To receive and consider the financial statements of
the Club for the preceding financial year submitted by
the committee in accordance with part 7 of the
Associations Incorporation Reform act, 2012.
4. To elect committee members.
More details and instructions for joining the virtual meeting
and appointing a proxy will be provided separately.
