Taught i would throw in some new content. i enjoy watching Ronny Dahl chanel on YouTube (check it out) in particular i love watching the Modified Episodes. So why don't we do something similar! Its a great way to pickup some very cleaver ideas for your vehicles.

Protection:
After getting a small dint in the front bumper i decided to install an Opposite lock steel bull bar. I don't have any further bash plates. I am still using the standard plastic side steppes which i have had to push back into place a few times.
Suspension and Wheels:
The GXL Prado came with Dunlop 265/65/17, i decided to upgrade the tire size to 265/70/17 Cooper ST MAXX LT. So far i have completed 80,000 KM and they have been great, i stil have 10mm of tread to go.
I will be needing new suspension soon i will be considering dobinsons, outback amour and bilsteins with kings.
Comms:
I am using a GME TX3520S 80Ch UHF which i have mounted in the center console. When i need to use the radio i mount the remote face with Velcro under the Radio. Next time i will get the model with the controls on the hand set and have a plug fitted up front.
I am currently using a high gain RFI 4dbi Whip and 5dbi antenna. the whip lives on the vehicle 90% of the time as its nearly impossible to destroy.
