President Ralph Longley:
Welcome visitors and asked them to stand.
Welcomed members.
POTY: Teased the membership.
Club Plates: Explained process.
Magazine Review: Ran through the various sections of the magazine.
AGM Reports: Please refer the magazine ex the membership report for which a slide was presented.
Reminded membership of the photo comp with the Pajero Club logo.
Fred spruiked the upcoming tree planting.
Highlighted some photos from the apologies.

DTU: Past President Russell Chatfield presented DTU certificates to those present and promoted the
upcoming courses.
Challenge: Past President & Challenge Coordinator Russell Chatfield advised dates of April 21 & 22, 2018
and looking at the Walhalla/Erica or Strathbogie’s. Suggestions welcomed.
Memberships: Detailed membership over past 12 months as report was missed from the magazine.
Presented 1st Truck to Neil Philips.
Presented 20 Year Membership badge to Russell & Vicki Sturzaker.
Technical: Refer magazine.
Shop: Next month.
Trip & Social: Thanked trip leaders that ran trips over past 12 months.
Detailed trips run over past month and those upcoming and commented that there are no trips for August
or October.
Venue: Thanked Peter Van Riel and kitchen staff for their efforts over the past 12 months.
Derek Bardsley detailed the upcoming 4x4 show. Ladies needed as is help to set up.
FWDV: Advised of FWDV board vacancy.
General Meeting suspended at 8pm while AGM is conducted.
