Terry welcomed all to the latest webinar meeting due to Covid , advising that there would be a door prize but no raffle tonight . The door prize tonight being an Autophix 3210 OBD2 scanner .

Seconded : Terry Birch That the minutes of the May Members Monthly Meeting be accepted as a true and accurate record . Presidents Report : Terry Barbie went through the Covid lockdown changes , noting Club trips recommencing in Regional Victoria .
Terry mentioned that normally the August meeting would be our Annual General Meeting ( AGM ), however , he had deferred this to September in the hope it could be held as a face-to-face meeting at Glen Waverley . Unfortunately , this is not likely to happen based on the current Covid situation in Melbourne and he is now planning for a zoom AGM . Members should keep an eye out on email for the AGM notification . Voting will be by proxy following the same format as last year . There are also several committee positions becoming vacant and Terry encouraged members to consider nominating for these roles .
Person of the Year ( POTY ) award , Terry went on to say that a decision had been made to also deferred the POTY presentation until the September meeting . It was felt that more members would be present for the AGM and therefore a better forum for the POTY presentation .
Trip and Social : Ed Reddick Completed trips : Unfortunately , there was only one trip this month - Friday drinks with Trip and Social on Zoom . Postponed Trips : Sambian Lodge , Escape from Melbourne , Landcare , Rotary Tree Planting . Upcoming Trips : Robe , Beach Driving Adventures in Beach Port and Caravan Capers . Several members including Ed indicated they were planning trips for when restrictions are lifted . Ed thanked our sponsor this month – Dirt Road 4x4 & Autophix .
