A new Committee year has started . Thank you to the people that served on the 2020 – 2021 Committee , for volunteering your time to help keep the Club running . Without the support of volunteers , there ’ s simply no Club . We ’ ve had some people leave the Committee – thank you for your support . We also have a mix of new and continuing Committee members which will give the Club a great mix of experience and new insights to help keep us one of the premiere 4WD Clubs in Australia .

Thanks to the following people that supported the Club as Committee members . Keeping the Club active and relevant when we ’ re locked down is not easy . I wish you well and look forward to seeing you on trips once we ’ re out of lock down . Those people are :

The New Committee

Most roles leading into the AGM had nominations , however three didn ’ t . I was very grateful that Members took up my request to fulfil those roles during the AGM . As a result , all Committee roles are filled with a mix of people continuing from 2020 – 2021 with significant Committee experience , 4WD experience and new people . Please provide a warm welcome to our new Committee people and their roles :

Neil Douglas , Rob Dickson and Daniel Bradd are first time Committee members . Barry Walker , Dave Howard and Fred Farrugia are joining committee again after previous stints as Presidents , Driver Training Unit Instructors and Technical Officers . I ’ m sure I ’ ve left other roles they ’ ve had off the list – please forgive me guys ! Dave Howard has and continues to maintain the Pajero Forum . The combination of people bringing different skills to combine with long-standing committee experience will be of great benefit for the club
