Day 3 : We started with a visit the Byaduk Lava Tubes and Caves . Then onto Harman Valley to see where the lava river flowed from Mt Napier towards the ocean . ( Get your Google maps out to see where Mt Napier is . Then imagine the river of lava that flowed all the way to Bass Straight – at least 60kms .) Next we visited the Tumuli and walked around these interesting rock piles . Last spot we visited on Day 3 was Mt Eccles ( Budj Bim NP ) which has a lovely lake , an easy off road track , a lava canal , Natural Bridge and Tunnel Cave . Back to camp for 5 o ’ clock drinks ( there is a 5 o ’ clock theme here ).
