Source : Nissan Motor Corporation
Since October 2016 , 34 % of Mitsubishi is owned by Nissan making it part of the Renault-Nissan- Alliance . The alliance strategically develops car platforms and technology that can be used across all three brand names .
Back in 2012 Mitsubishi released the Pajero NW ( Generation 4 series 3 ) which had only minor face lifts to its exterior . Mitsubishi also wanted the public to expect an all-new generation Pajero . Instead , in 2015 , they released the Pajero NX ( Generation 4 series 4 ) which led to the end of the Pajero line .
The 2020 Nissan Patrol Y62 G5 now comes into the limelight as a large capable All Terrain 4WD . It has fully independent suspension , the Hydraulic Motion Body Control ( HBMC ) system - an Intelligent 4x4 system and a raft of other safety features like - Blind Sport Warning ( BSW ) and Lane Departure warning ( LDW ). So could this vehicle be the future Patrol and the Pajero combined to the ‘ Patero ’ ?
