Terry Barbie recapped on the trip focus of the February meeting . Organising a working group to review all trip feedback with a view to increasing the amount of Trip Leaders .
To celebrate being together again and recognise the Ironbark , Clubman and POTY winners for 2020 . Kerry & Darren Straub were presented with their shield for the Ironbark Award David Boutchard was presented with the Clubman Award

Board election- Congratulations to Adam Risborg for his successful nomination for an Ordinary Board Member position at the 4WD Vic AGM . Adam being an apology for this meeting due to the 4WDVic meeting on same night .
Terry raised the question at the AGM regarding returning discontinued MVO tracks for public access . It was stated that . = 4WD Vic are auditing all Victorian MVO tracks , as this is a larger piece of work they are doing . Finance : Ian Fieldhouse reported that the February monthly accounts will be approved at the next Committee meeting . Net profit of $ 3168 but excluding training and event income yet to be paid loss of ~$ 2000 Income of $ 6,490
• DTU courses account for $ 4,010 ( range of courses over next 6 months , no expenses paid yet ).
• Muster $ 1,300 ( expenses to be paid for in March / April )
• Expenses $ 3,322 ~ strategy weekend $ 2,046 ~ Exceed printing $ 884
