This trip started at Marysville and headed for Keppels Hut , Morris Lookout and finished at Kendalls Campground , Rubicon . Most of the trip is rated easy . Some sections of Keppels Hut Track , McFadyen Track and Royston Range Track are rated medium . This trip is designed to be an easy driving and comfortable day trip for repeated use .

The meeting point was at the Marysville Visitor Information Centre , 11 Murchison Street , Marysville . From Marysville to the end of the trip is around 80 km and should take about 5 hours .

Route Planning I initially planned the trip using Google maps and watching some of those tracks on YouTube . The Google Maps link for this trip is here . Trip Detail

This trip was a chance to drive McFadyen Track since a huge fallen tree at the southern end of the track was cleared . I ’ ve been on this track before , however the diversion track around the fallen tree had deteriorated to the point that only winching would get a car around it . The track is clear now , making this a great mix of easy & medium rated driving .
