Treasurer ’ s Report : Ian Fieldhouse
• The November monthly financial report was put up on Wild Apricot
• December 2020 monthly financial report ( yet to be approved by Committee )
• Net profit of $ 58 for the month of January 2021
• Google Ads contributed $ 850 in income – this was multiple payments for October , November & December – this will now be one payment a month , however we are expecting a payment of about $ 700 for December alone , so this appears to be a significant income for us only exceeded by fees .
• Raffle income of $ 575 is similar to a normal meeting .
• YTD Net actual ( loss of $ 10,208 ) is $ 13,505 in front of budget ( loss of $ 23,714 ). o Income $ 4300 up- $ 4000more in sponsorship , $ 1592 in fees more than budget but range of other items – meeting and DTU down .
Expenses $ 9,214 less than budget - almost everything is below budget – only notable above budget expense is other software for forum and zoom cost ( unknown when budget was set )
• No unusual expenses
• Assuming this continues it should have a positive impact on fee amount for next year .
