Seconded : Neil Phillips That the minutes of the December Members Meeting be accepted as a true and accurate record . Presidents Report :

Terry Barbie recapped the work that was in progress at the December meeting . Digital records sub-committee work and the Rules updates which was published for feedback .

The Strategy Weekend – The focus was on Trip Leaders . There will be a working group to review all trips feedback .

Membership Survey Results – Overall ok – Trip Leaders suggestions were taken on board for Strategy Weekend discussion .
