Virginia reported on membership renewals 343 Members , 288 Renewals , with 39 pending . Virginia commented on the fact that a backup is needed to continue on the processes of new members when she is on leave .

Guest Speakers from CARAC Terry introduced Tammy , Ashley and Robbo to give members a tour through their premises . It was a very comprehensive overview of what products they sell , the warranties and the fittings they provide . Many questions were asked about the variety of products . Terry thanked all the Promoters , Nas sent out the information on the special discounts for club members .

Finance : Ian Fieldhouse reported that the Profit for the month was $ 845 Preliminary 20-21 FYI $ 6819 We have more members thus more fees being paid .

Editor : Nas Foscarini reported that Face Book Private Member group has grown by 3 to 255 members Public Page has grown to 1K followers . You Tube – Channel has grown by 24 to a total of 445 subscribers “ Show us your Rig ” videos are doing well .

4WD Vic Delegate Tony Jambu announced that 4WDVic is conducting a First Aid course on 28 ^th August .

All DTU trainers are participating . FWDVic Members stickers have been obtained . Members can pick up at meeting with magazine , others will be sent out with magazine . Parks Victoria Volunteers & Clearance Manual All volunteers need to have a current Working With Children Card . Cost is nil for Volunteers and is valid for one year . This must be done through the Club . Implementation day is 31 ^st December 2021 . FWDVic is not organising any storm damage recovery groups . Tony and Barry Blake have been organising ongoing work groups .

DTU : Terry spoke on Russell ’ s behalf . There was a navigational Course run on July 12 .
