Minutes : Opened by President Terry Barbie : 7:30pm Terry welcomed all , making comment on another lockdown and the need for members to look after each other . Seconded : Neil Phillips That the minutes of the June Members Monthly Meeting be accepted as a true and accurate record . Presidents Report :

Terry Barbie announced that our special guests for the meeting are Tammy , Ashley and Robbo from CARAC , one of our major sponsors .

Due to the Covid-19 lockdowns in 3 states the National 4X4 Show has been postponed till November 26 – 28 ^th . The first Rookie Trip Leader for a fuel voucher to be drawn . The 2021 AGM to be discussed at the next Committee meeting as to having it in person or via webinar .

Trip and Social : Ed Reddick Due to lockdowns some of the trips that were advertised were not able to be run . The successful trips were to the Big Red Bash , 3 in all , The Gippsland Storm Recovery , and the Storm Recovery Work Group and the Rotary Land Care Planting day .
