“Who wants to be normal? No one is remembered for being normal.”
Janel is an eighteen year old senior at Roxborough High School. While not knowing where she’s going to college yet, she knows that she wants to have a double major in international business and fashion design. The idea to go for international business came from her love to travel. She wants to see Tokyo, Hong Kong, Italy, Cuba, and Rio. Janel describes herself as a contradiction.
"When I was little I wanted to be a princess or a spy, now that I'm older I want to be an international designer who owns her own boutique."
Janel continued on saying that she wants her boutique to be filled with her designs and clothing that she made herself. She decided that she wanted to start her own design business a few years ago, but recently decided that she wanted to own her own business.
" Think Max Azria, but it will be called Murphico after my two last names."
