Americas – Hyve has acquired the
Health Grown Advisory Network( HGAN), a US-based platform that connects healthcare innovators with partners and investors. This marks Hyve’ s third investment in the healthcare sector, following recent acquisitions of HLTH and Behavioural Health Tech. HGAN builds partnerships between digital health companies and verified organisations. Asia Pacific – Global exhibition organiser RX has appointed Brian Thomas as president, Asia Pacific. He succeeds Chien Ee Yeh, who is retiring after 14 years of service with RX, including the last seven as president of the Asia Pacific region. Thomas brings over 30 years of experience at RX, having held leadership roles across multiple regions. Over the past year, he has overseen RX’ s businesses in Australia, Singapore, Korea, and Indonesia, and played a key role in launching RX BITEC, the company’ s new joint venture in Thailand.
Europe – London Wine Fair has been acquired by Vindustrious, a company founded by event director Hannah Tovey. The management buyout, completed on 31 October, transfers ownership from Hemming Group, which launched the show in 1981. Vindustrious will retain the existing team, ensuring continuity ahead of the 2026 edition. The deal secures the long-term future of the UK’ s flagship drinks trade exhibition as it approaches its 45th year. Tovey said the 2025 event had delivered a 40 % increase in revenue YOY, and she was planning an " even more exceptional " event in 2026.
