Aiming to unlock new value in APAC
RX’ s recently appointed president for Asia Pacific, Brian Thomas( pictured), tells Paul Colston about teamwork, supply chain shifts and big opportunities in APAC
EW: In recent times you have overseen RX’ s businesses in Australia, Singapore, Korea, and Indonesia, and played a key role in launching RX BITEC, a new joint venture in Thailand. Tell us a bit about the highlights of that work. The real highlight of overseeing our businesses across Australia, Singapore,
Korea and Indonesia has been working with the incredibly talented teams in each market. Their dedication to our customers, to RX, and to one another is outstanding, and it’ s their commitment that creates real value for the industries we serve.
What excites me most about the region is the diversity of our events
“ Efficiency and agility are critical. We need to test new ideas, explore innovative operating models, and make full use of global best practices and infrastructure” and the significant opportunities that still lie ahead. There is strong potential to unlock new value, whether through innovative launches, smart adjacencies, and deeper engagement with our customers.
