Terrapinn acquires EV Charging Summit & Expo

C exhibition organiser Terrapinn Greg Hitchen announced the acquisition of EV Charging Summit & Expo,( EVCS) in September, describing it as“ a significant addition to our global portfolio of EV and charging events. It is also adds substantially to our USA footprint.”
EVCS is an annual conference and trade show held every March in Las Vegas, featuring 250 + exhibitors and over 5,000 delegates. It brings together the community of charge point operators across North America and is a marketplaces for charging infrastructure and related services.

A provider of accommodation management solutions for the global events industry bnetwork announced a deal to acquire Hotel Management International Europe( HMI Europe), a specialist in accommodation management and venue sourcing company based in Switzerland. The company is the European arm of HMI Canada. Following this acquisition, the entity will operate under the name bnetwork Switzerland. bnetwork Switzerland will commercialise the full range of services previously offered by HMI Europe, as well as the entire portfolio of bnetwork solutions, providing Swiss organisations with direct access to a more comprehensive set of tailored accommodation and event services.
