I international events organiser Hyve acquired RAISE Summit, Machina Summit and Signal Week( formerly Paris Blockchain Week). The triple acquisition closely follows those of LegalTechTalk and Virtuosi League.

Hyve CEO Mark Shashoua exclusively told EW the deals established a new AI‘ super vertical’ while strengthening its position in fintech through the addition of a leading European crypto event alongside Hyve’ s Fintech Meetup.
The latest acquisitions come soon after Hyve’ s launch of Ascend30, the company’ s value creation plan through to 2030.“ The Go27 transformation was complete and company re-invention done. Now, Ascend30 is more about super verticals and consolidation of best practices,” Shashoua explained.
The CEO sees the three founder-led events as a natural fit for its portfolio, combining market-leading positions, senior audiences and opportunities to enhance the customer experience through meetings, Table Talks and future international expansion.
Asked if the new Hyve PE ownership was fully behind the Ascend30 strategy begun before they took control in June, Shashoua said:“ Hellman and Friedman liked what they saw and bought in to the plan which boils down to we are going to do more of what we have proved works exceptionally well. The continuing strategy is looking for key super verticals or going deeper into existing ones.”
RAISE Summit In 2026, this European AI event attracted 9,000 attendees from 90 countries, alongside 350 + speakers and 200 + sponsors. A third of buyers come from the C-suite of Fortune 1000, CAC 40, FTSE 100, DAX and S & P 500 companies.
Machina Summit Dedicated to physical AI and robotics, this European event explores how AI is moving beyond software into the physical world through humanoid robotics, industrial autonomy and advanced human-machine systems.

With a programme spanning technical deep dives, strategic discussions and live demonstrations, Machina extends the RAISE ecosystem into one of the fastest-emerging frontiers of artificial intelligence.
Signal Week( formerly Paris Blockchain Week) Europe’ s flagship blockchain and crypto event’ s next edition will take place in July 2027 at the Palais des Congres in Paris, following a 2026 event that attracted 10,000 attendees from 100 countries. Seventy percent of attendees were C-suite executives.
All three of the acquired events were founded by Michael Amar, Charlie Meraud, Henri Delahaye and Hadrien de Cournon, entrepreneurs who created communities around emerging technologies long before they reached the mainstream. The events now join Hyve’ s dedicated Acquisitions and Best Practice division and Shashoua believes the portfolio offers significant opportunities for international expansion through geo-cloning.
“ RAISE Summit, Machina Summit and Signal Week are categorydefining brands built by exceptional founders who understood where their industries were heading before most others. Michael, Charlie, Henry and Hadrien have created communities with extraordinary reach, influence and momentum, and we’ re excited to welcome them to Hyve,” he said.
“ AI is entering a new phase of maturity, where innovation is increasingly shaped by collaboration between founders, enterprises, investors and policymakers. That makes this an incredibly exciting space to step into.
“ Meanwhile, we’ re also excited to strengthen our Fintech portfolio, adding to our existing Fintech Meetup US and Europe events with specialist crypto and blockchain expertise.
“ An extra benefit of RAISE is that it benefits other super verticals with AI being everywhere now.” EW www. exhibitionworld. co. uk Issue 4 2026 39
